Rick Gagliano

President & CEO

Rick Gagliano President and CEO at AccuTec Blades

Rick establishes AccuTec’s strategy, direction and culture, building and leading the executive team, and allocating capital, amongst other responsibilities. Rick’s past senior management experience and expertise served as the driving force when AccuTec Blades, Inc. was successfully spun off from Edgewell Personal Care (formerly Energizer) in September 2015, in order to establish AccuTec Blades, Inc. as a standalone company. Rick served as the company’s Senior VP of Manufacturing and Engineering for 10 years and assumed the CEO position in 2015. Previous experience includes senior operating and engineering positions for Pratt & Whitney, Black and Decker, and Eaton Corporation.

Rick received his B.A. in Mechanical Engineering from Union College in Schenectady, New York and his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Larry Baab

Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Larry Baab VP of Sales and Marketing at AccuTec Blades

Larry brings a breadth and depth of industry experience in sales management, marketing, new product development, customer service, and general management with both public and private-equity-owned companies as well as M&A turnarounds. His innovation-driven growth strategies are focused on brand and channel development as well as customer engagement. Previous experience includes marketing and sales positions with Johnson & Johnson, Igloo, Black & Decker, and Ames True Temper.

Larry holds a B.A. in Business from Azusa Pacific University and his M.B.A., from the University of New Haven.

Cynthia Ashby, SPHR

Vice President of Human Resources

Cynthia Ashby VP of HR at at AccuTec Blades

Cynthia brings a career dedicated to the field of Human Resources. She oversees the administration of the company’s staffing goals and strategies to support our productivity and success. She is also responsible for performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, with experience across both union and non-union environments. Cynthia was previously employed with Union Carbide and American Woodmark.

Cynthia received her Master’s Degree in Industrial Labor Relations from West Virginia University. She is also certified in Human Resource Strategy through Cornell University.

Gary Boyd, CPA

Vice President of Finance

Gary Boyd CPA VP of Finance at at AccuTec Blades

Gary is a Certified Public Accountant with a diverse background in manufacturing companies in the tire, chemical, automotive, and clothing industries.  His responsibilities include financial and operational planning, funding, risk management and maintaining legal requirements for AccuTec.

Gary received his B.S. in Accounting from David Lipscomb University.  He was certified as a CPA in 1984.

Sheila Henry

Vice President of Supply Chain

Sheila has worked in the supply chain and operations division of AccuTec’s Verona, Virginia facility since 2008.  Sheila is responsible for managing manufacturing and global supply chain, including compliance and inventory control, purchasing and forecasting. She has held numerous supply chain roles with Alcoa, Reynolds Metals and Energizer.

Sheila received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Richmond and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Randy Herman

Director of Engineering

Randy Herman SEngineering and Quality Manager at AccuTec Blades

Randy is a blade industry expert having been with the company for over 25 years. He joined the company as a blade process engineer evolving through tenure to management of the Engineering and Quality teams. Randy is responsible for AccuTec’s new product development, product quality & control processes, and determining innovative ways to increase productivity, efficiency and existing product performance. Previous experience includes reporting directly into Schick Manufacturing’s Blade Innovation Group while owned by Edgewell Personal Care (formerly Energizer) and an Engineer for DuPont.

Randy received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University, graduated from Energizer Holding’s Managers Academy and holds his Six Sigma Greenbelt certification.
